DS236: Monitor de segurança certificado com entradas multifuncionais para HTL-, RS422- e sensores SinCos, sem divisor de sinal

O DS230 – DS236, série  dequada para conectar sensores incrementais com saída RS422 (sinais diferenciais A, / A, B, / B), faixa única, encoders HTL e encoders seno-cosseno. O DS236 é equipado com 1 relé, 4 transistores de saída e uma saída analógica, mas sem divisor de sinal (oposto ao DS230).

  • SIL3 and PLe certification;

  • Safety functions equivalent to EN 61800-5-2 (SS1, SS2, SOS, SLS, SDl, SSM, SLI, SBC, STO, SMS);

  • 2 encoder inputs with format SIN+, SIN-, COS+, COS- [1 Vss];

  • 2 pulse inputs with format A, /A, B, /B [RS422];

  • 2 pulse- or control inputs with format A, B, 90° [HTL / PNP] (for rotary encoder, proximity switches or commands);

  • Input frequency up to 500 kHz;

  • Forced-guided redundant output relay (NO);

  • 4 control outputs with push-pull characteristic, short-circuit-proof, [HTL], each inverse and redundant;

  • Safety related 14 bit analog output for 4 … 20 mA (scalable);

  • Power supply 18 … 30 V;

  • Compact housing for 35 mm mounting top hat rail (according to EN 60715);

  • Setup via USB port by operator software or plug-in display and programming unit BG230 (accessories).

OS 6.0 Operator software

Applicable for all motrona units as well as Safety devices of the DS series, except MC700 Motion Controllers. Compatible to all Win 7 / 8 / 8.1 / 10 platforms.

Please note: Not compatible anymore for Win XP platforms or older. In this case please use OS3.2.

BG230: Plug-in Display and Programming Unit

The plug-in display and programming unit BG230 is used for the motrona safety devices of the DS series. This devices contains a huge variety of functions and options of applications. Thanks to its intuitive operation, it is fast, simple and flexible to use. Easy “copy & paste” of system parameters allows the quick transfer to other devices with the same or similar configuration.

The BG230 offers the following features on the safety device:

  • Dual channel frequency indicator
  • Individual scalable for speed indicator, production rates, etc.
  • Editing and saving of the BG230 scaling and safety devices parameters
  • Editing and copying of the safety devices parameters
  • Visual error messaging
